A distinctive feature of our model is the integration of international students from the UK and Australia into community-based programmes through structured service-learning placements. Our country teams ensure students contribute meaningfully while gaining transformative global learning experiences.

We are now seeking a Regional Manager to lead our South East Asia region from a Cambodia base.

Role Responsibilities

The Role

This is a senior leadership role combining programme oversight, regional strategy, and new hub development.

You will:

Lead & Strengthen Existing Hubs

  • Provide strategic oversight to our current Hub Managers in Thailand and Cambodia

  • Ensure programme delivery aligns with annual strategy and organisational priorities

  • Maintain strong standards in safeguarding, student welfare, and programme quality

  • Support budgeting, reporting, and operational compliance

Develop New Hubs (2nd location in Cambodia, Laos & Vietnam)

  • Conduct feasibility assessments and partnership scoping to establish new hubs
  • Build relationships with local NGOs, community groups, and stakeholders
  • Develop start-up plans including programme design and operational structures
  • Lead recruitment of new Hub Managers and teams to manage new locations
About You

What We are Looking For: 

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in international development, social impact, or NGO leadership 
  • You have led multicultural teams, ideally across different countries 
  • You understand (or are excited by) the power of student and volunteer engagement in global development 
  • You are a strategic thinker and partnership builder 
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish (both are essential) 
  • You are based in Latin America or a similar time zone – or are willing to locate to the region
  • You love flexible, purpose-driven work and are happy to travel occasionally across the region
