They are at the heart of what we do and every single day are working hard with our community partners to ensure the success of our long-term and sustainable development programmes. 

Global Team

Victoria - Global Operations Manager

Victoria is the Global Operations Manager for FutureSense Foundation. Born in Finland, Victoria has a BBA degree and a Master's Degree in International Relations, focusing on security and education. In addition to this she has also undertaken studies in outdoor and adventure education to enhance her professional skills. Victoria is passionate about helping people learn and grow. She hopes to be able to support anyone who comes into contact with FSF learn together, through shared experiences.  

Olivia - Fundraising and Marketing Manager

Olivia is the Fundraising and Marketing Manager for FutureSense Foundation. Born in the United Kingdom, Olivia has a degree in Fine Art from Loughborough University. Whilst at University Olivia became heavily involved with charity fundraising, taking on roles as a Rep, Challenge leader and Challenge coordinator. She hopes to support all our fundraisers along their journey, and help spread the word about the amazing work of the FutureSense Foundation Team.

Cambodia

Rith- Country Operations Manager

Rith is the Country Operations Manager in our hub in Cambodia. Rith values working with people from different backgrounds and is a strong believer in harmony, friendship and making a difference in the world through our attitudes and actions. Rith has an educational background in teaching, sits on the board of trustees for a local environmental NGO and has over 15 years of experience from the tourism sector.

Kearong - Community Coordinator

Kearong is from Cambodia and graduated in English literature.
He likes speaking about worlds' matter and sharing experience and Buddha teaching. 
Furthermore he enjoys playing volleyball and watching sport matches like boxing and football.

Thailand

Mork - Community Coordinator

Mork grew up in Mae Sariang and has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Mork is interested in different cultures, and is always looking to engage with and learn new things from people from other places. Mork manages the Health Programs within the Thailand Team and supports volunteers to ensure they have a good experience while supporting local communities.

James - Programme Coordinator

James operates as the Hub Coordinator within our Thailand Team. She is from Pa-Pae hill tribe and of Lawa ethnic decent. James also speaks many languages including Lawa, Lanna, Thai and English! She enjoys socialising over a shared meal or some games as a fun and relaxed way to learn more about other cultures. Being from a hill tribe and having completed a degree in Education, James is aware of local challenges and enjoys supporting the work of the Thai hub.

Poomii - Permanent Group Mentor and Project
Co-ordinator

Poomii was born and raised in Mae Sariang, the town in which our Thai hub is based. Being a Thai trans woman with wider opportunities than others, Poomii graduated from the Faculty of Humanities with a major in English and a minor in Gender studies. She wishes to pursue her dream of being a human rights activist, consolidating gender equality through education and supporting LGBTQ+ community to receive similar opportunities to the ones she has been given. Her ultimate goal is to be able to get a masters degree and bring the knowledge back to her community so that equality and opportunity can bloom and thrive in children’s lives regardless of their background or gender.

India

Neha - Community Coordinator

Neha has a background in education and a graduate degree in B.Tech Computer Science from the University of Punjab. She has previously taught various schools in the local community which gives her a unique insight and ability to connect with students. According to Neha she joined the FutureSense Foundation to raise awareness of sustainable development, good education, gender inequality and health and hygiene issues in India. In her spare time she likes to spend her time with children, visiting new places, learning new things and hopes to help make her country a better place.

Nepal

Om - Country Operations Manager

Om is the Country Operations Manager at FutureSense Foundation, Nepal Hub and has been with FutureSesne for more than a year. Prior to working at FutureSense, Om worked as a Community Development Worker at Sarangkot Foundation (Stichting Sarangkot) in an International Organisation and has a decade long experience as an English Teacher at Nepalese Schools. Om also has a Masters Degree in Community Development from Murdoch University in Australia and a Bachelor Degree in Education from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. Om loves to strengthen the relations between local communities and the volunteers from abroad to implement the long-term sustainable programs to see the changes in disadvantaged communities. In his spare time, you’ll find Om reading literature, listening to music and cooking Nepali cuisine at home.

Neeru - Community Coordinator

Neeru is sociology graduate and employed as a Senior Volunteer Mentor Coordinator at FutureSense Foundation, Nepal Hub and has been with the foundation for almost 2 years. She has a wide experience in global issues working with some other organizations like Restless Development and Raleigh International to impact the disadvantaged communities. She loves working with children and young people and for her, the best part of working with the Foundation is seeing young people leaving their handprints on the world through the program deliveries. In her spare time, she loves travelling around, reading books, playing piano and watching Ted Talks.

Peru

Alfred-Programmes Co-ordinator

Alfred is an industrial engineer who has lived in Peru and the UK, attending the University of Liverpool while he was there. Alfred believes in empowering communities within the less-favoured places of his beloved Peru in order to get them out of poverty, and provide them with tools to access opportunities like the one he had studying abroad. Among his hobbies are playing the guitar and training his dog Zeus.

Tanzania

Elizabeth - Programme Coordinator

The Tanzania programmes are coordinated by Elizabeth Thomson, who is a local from the town of Arusha where our programmes are based. Elizabeth is a University graduate and has worked within the Community sector for over 6 years.
