They are at the heart of what we do and every single day are working hard with our community partners to ensure the success of our long-term and sustainable development programmes. 

Regional Managers

Jacquelin - Regional Manager (Americas: Panama, Peru)

Born and raised outside of New York City, Jacquelin has been surrounded by diverse community her whole life. After traveling to Latin America with smaller NGOs, she pursued her master’s degree in international relations in Development and Health while completing her research on the critical role women plan in access to and preservation of water while living in Peru and Jordan. Since then, she has designed and streamlined the growth of youth programs focused on mental health, education, and social justice and equity in 6 countries and is excited to be part of the expanding team of the Americas with FutureSense Foundation to continue building cross-cultural experience based learning and positive social impact with new generations of global citizens.

Teresa - Programme Implementor

Kearong - Community Coordinator

Kearong is from Cambodia and graduated in English literature. He likes speaking about worlds' matter and sharing experience and Buddha teaching. Furthermore he enjoys playing volleyball and watching sport matches like boxing and football.

Srou - Project Coordinator

Hello (Sourdey) from Cambodia hub, my name is Srou. I have joined with FutureSense Foundation (FSF) in 2022 as Project Coordinator. Presently, I am a Program Implementor on Education side. I am a local person who exactly know my community contexts and want to see my places are better and better. I am thrilled that working with FSF and Challenge Abroad (CA) that helping me to make my community better. I am warmly welcome to all participants who come and help as like a Global Citizens. We keen to hear that "No one leave behind".

Thailand

James - Hub Manager

I'm from the Pa-Pae hill tribe in northern Thailand and proud of my Lawa heritage. Growing up in a close-knit community shaped my appreciation for our culture and surroundings. Since 2016, I've served as the Operations Manager for the Thailand team, overseeing projects and bridging cultural gaps between local communities and international participants. What I love most is connecting with people from different backgrounds, as it fosters learning and growth. I’m passionate about education, as it’s something I studied in-depth, and I’ve seen first hand the positive impact it can have.

Fun fact: I speak multiple languages – Lawa, Lanna, Thai, and English!

Morkpyn - Programme Delivery Lead (Health)

I grew up in Mae Sariang and have a Bachelor degree in Sociology and Anthropology (Social science) focusing on understanding of universal sociological and anthropological knowledge as basic tools for understanding social and cultural phenomena of the society to which one belongs and other societies and cultures. I manage the Health Programs within the Thailand Team and supports participants to ensure they have a good experience while supporting the local communities.

Akari - Programme Delivery Lead (Education)

I am Akari, also known as Ria, and I’m a program delivery lead in education with the Thailand team since March 2024. What I love most about my job is supporting meaningful learning experiences for local learners and connecting with the community to drive positive change. I’m passionate about ensuring quality education reaches even the most remote areas, and I’m dedicated to advancing sustainable goals to create a better world for everyone, including myself.

Fun fact: I love exploring new cultures through food—I’m always on the lookout for the next dish to try!

India

Laxmi - Operations Manager

I hold a degree in public health and management and have accumulated extensive experience in diverse roles within healthcare settings. My career path led me to the developmental sector, driven by the profound impact of various factors on overall wellbeing, especially among vulnerable populations. Before joining FSF, I dedicated several years to this sector, actively contributing to its mission and now eager to take this journey forward and make a positive impact with FSF. I am deeply passionate about fitness and hold certification as a health and wellness coach. During my free time, I prioritize my own health and wellbeing by immersing myself in activities like relaxation, yoga, meditation, and enjoying nature. I also find fulfilment in coaching individuals on their personal health journeys, striving to empower them to reach their wellness goals.

Neha - Community Coordinator

Neha has a background in education and a graduate degree in B.Tech Computer Science from the University of Punjab. She has previously taught various schools in the local community which gives her a unique insight and ability to connect with students. According to Neha she joined the FutureSense Foundation to raise awareness of sustainable development, good education, gender inequality and health and hygiene issues in India. In her spare time she likes to spend her time with children, visiting new places, learning new things and hopes to help make her country a better place.

Anchal - Programme Delivery Lead (Education)

I’m Anchal from Palampur, India, and I’m a Program Delivery Lead in Education here since March 2023. I design and implement interactive workshops for children, covering STEM, Conversational English, and Climate Action. Alongside this, I’m pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, which brings a technical edge to my work. What I love most is engaging young minds, fostering their curiosity, and creating impactful learning experiences. Being deeply connected to my community, I’m passionate about driving positive change through education and supporting global citizenship and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Fun Fact: I have a knack for turning ordinary materials into creative projects, whether it’s making art or building models!

Diwanshi - Programme Delivery Lead

Diwanshi Thakur is a Program Delivery Lead in the organisation. She has a passion for creative writing, painting ,enjoys hiking, and loves to travel to explore new cultures. She is a Professional Social Worker by profession from past 4 years in Health and Education sector.

Nepal

Gandip - Operations Manager

Gandip is passionate about working with young people and supporting them in taking action for sustainable development. He aims to involve young people in designing and delivering impactful projects alongside community members and partners, to empower them to be leaders and lifelong active citizens. Furthermore, Gandip has experience working in climate change initiatives, hygiene promotion, and livelihood development activities.

Neeru - Programme Delivery Lead

I am Neeru, a sociology graduate currently serving as the Programme Lead at FutureSense Foundation, Nepal Hub. I began my journey with the organization in 2018 as a Group Mentor and Project Implementor. With a strong background in addressing global issues through international collaborations, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on disadvantaged communities. My empathetic approach and passion for cross-cultural engagement drive my work. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in local contexts, and working with children and young people. Additionally, I find pleasure in reading books and playing the piano. What I cherish most about my work with the Foundation is witnessing young people leave their mark on the world through our programs.

Deekshak - Programme Implementor

I am Deekshak, I joined FutureSense Foundation in June 2023. I bring more than ten years of experience working in the field of education, health, livelihoods and environment. At FutureSense Foundation, I provide support to in-country team, project participants, and community partners through project coordination, mentorshipt, and in-country research. My focus is on aligning our work with the United Nations' objectives in Education, Health, and Livelihoods, ensuring that our programs have a lasting impact on the communities we serve.  I served as a mentor and support system for the scholarship recipients, providing guidance and assistance throughout their educational journey. I strongly believe that our smallest efforts can have a life-changing impact on the lives of those involved.

Panama

Josias - Operations Manager

Josias serves as the Operations and Hub Manager for Panama within the Future Sense Foundation team. With studies in Marketing and Business, Josias's journey into the world of tourism began with a passion for exploring new places, cultures, and meeting new people. This passion led him to become a tour guide and eventually co-found a successful tourism agency focused on adventure tourism and helping local communities. His love for people, stories, and art also led him into photography and videography, and once worked as a portrait photographer on a Dutch cruise ship, traveling throughout the Americas and the Caribbean. Driven by his passions, Josias approaches his work with love and dedication, ensuring that every task is carried out with care and purpose.

Peru

Erika - Programme Delivery Lead

Erika operates as the Programme Delivery Lead for our team in Peru. She pursued her university studies in Communications for Development. With a keen interest in diverse fields like Arts, Technology, Design, and Science, Erika is passionate about absorbing new experiences and imparting her knowledge to others. Her primary motivation lies in creating a positive impact on the local communities that we engage with.

Tanzania

Maria - Operations Manager

Maria, a dynamic professional with a background in Banking & Finance, has blossomed into the pivotal role of Operations and Hub Manager at FutureSense. Originating from a robust foundation in marketing, communication, and public relations, she seamlessly blends her expertise in fundraising, event management, and project coordination. Joining the FutureSense Foundation team in 2022 as a Program Coordinator, Maria's unwavering passion for community and social development, particularly in education, propels her enthusiasm to extend a warm welcome to all in Tanzania!

Elizabeth - Community Coordinator

Hailing from Tanzania, I am Elizabeth, with business degree, became an integral part of the FutureSense Foundation team in 2018 as a Programme Coordinator and now I am a Program Implementor. Driven by a fervent passion for supporting local communities in reaching their goals and enhancing education in our working areas, am eagerly looks forward to extending a warm Tanzanian welcome to teams of students from around the globe.

Shemera - Programme Delivery Lead (Livelihoods)

Shemera, an inspiring leader and dedicated professional, holds the position of Programme Delivery Lead - Livelihoods. As a proud alumna of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Center in Nairobi, she has developed strong leadership capabilities. Shemera's exceptional contributions have been recognized with several prestigious awards from organizations such as the African Leading Philanthropist Organization. With a robust background in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, she has devoted several years to training youth in entrepreneurship,
leadership, and business skills. Shemera's passion for leadership is driven by her desire to make a significant impact on the lives of youth and women.She has garnered numerous accolades, including the $5000 Best Entrepreneurship Award, and has participated in various Pan-African projects. Notably, she has been involved in Women Entrepreneurship for Africa and Employment and Skills for Development projects by the European Union and GIZ.

Selestine - Programme Delivery Lead (Education)

Selestine, is currently the Programme Delivery Lead (Education) at the Tanzania hub, where he utilizes his expertise and skills in Project Planning and community development. With a strong background in leadership and skills in community mobilization and emotional intelligence, he joined FutureSense Foundation in 2023 as the Group mentor and project implementor (GMPI). Selestine is passionate about connecting with global citizens and working towards the betterment of the community.
