Programme Implementor - India

Description

As our Programme Implementor at our hub in Palampur, India, you will bring our projects to life in local communities and schools. You will report to the Country Manager, supporting our international project participants and working to ensure that our programmes are delivered effectively within the local community.  

Role Responsibilities

Your days will be filled with exciting challenges and fulfilling experiences, including:

  • Coordinating and delivering impactful project activities with our local partners, all aligned with FutureSense Foundations values and mission.  
  • Embark on a leadership role as you guide your group of project participants through immersive and exciting cultural activities. 
  • Engage your group in reflective discussions and interactive sessions to foster personal growth, leadership skills, and self-confidence among the participants. 
  • Monitoring project inputs, outputs, and impacts to ensure our projects make a lasting difference. 
  • Reporting on the progress and success of all international project participants and community development project delivery activities. 
About You

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A passion for community development and education. 
  • English language skills essential 
  • Excellent communication skills and a flair for building relationships. 
  • Comfortable working in a flexible environment and prepared to go above and beyond.
